I am writing this letter on behalf of Sarah Mac Donald, whom I have known since about August of 1996. She has served as my realtor on three separate real estate deals in the time span between then and the present. Sarah has represented me in the sale of one property and the acquisition of two.
Just a quick history: I found Sarah by chance one day, when I was investigating a property that I was interested in (I walked into the closest real estate office I could find to the property I was considering)...and she was the only one willing to show me the property in any short order (I was VERY anxious to see the condo). After a brief discussion, she showed me the property, and I have asked her to be my realtor in every transaction since.
I am probably one of the pickiest clients any realtor could ask for. One of those nightmare clients, who is very hard to please and drives a hard bargain. Sarah has succeeded in not only giving me a variety of properties to choose from, but has been instrumental in stringing together the deals in a timely enough fashion to make them viable. I have known and done business with a variety of realtors in the time that I have been actively part of the market.
